• Do you ship internationally?
  We only ship orders within the USA and to Canada

• Do you accept phone orders?
  Sorry. No phone order. For credit card security, we only accept online order and accept credit card or PayPal payments.

• Do you have a retail store?
  No we do not have any retail store, because all the Wheelskins steering cover are make to order.

• Warranty, Return and Exchange: Warranty, Return and Exchange Information
  Only factory defective item can be return for a refund or exchange for the same product within 30 days of the invoice date. Shipping & Handling is Non-Refundable, your return item must be returned with shipping prepaid. All Non-Defective returns are subject to a 20% of restocking fee

• Can I request for different color thread?
  Yes, You can put a note in the comment section at check out. Available Color: Black, Charcoal, Red, Sand and White (Example: I want Red Thread with my Black color steering wheel cover)

• Can I request for color sample?
  Yes. You can use our contact form below and select (Color Sample Request) under Subject, fill out all the information and in the comment/question field provide us with your mailing address and the color sample you want. Color Sample

• Can I request for custom color to match my car's factory interior color?
  Sorry. We can not do custom color to match the factory color, due to different dyeing process on leather.
